Will a WordPress redesign affect my SEO rankings?
Only if URLs change without redirects or titles and headings are rewritten by accident, which is how most redesigns lose traffic. We crawl the site first, keep the URLs that rank, carry titles and headings across on purpose, and set a 301 for any address that has to move. Search Console is checked at launch and again 30 days later. Done this way a redesign usually improves rankings, because the site gets faster and works on a phone.
How long does a WordPress redesign take?
