How do payments work?
USD invoices from our US company, paid by card or ACH. Projects are 50% to start and 50% at launch; care plans bill monthly.

Yes. A short services agreement and a scope of work you approve before any work starts; NDAs on request.
How much does a small business website cost?
Our websites start at $1,500 and online stores at $5,000. That covers a custom, mobile-first build, the content structure, forms into your inbox, and a Google Business Profile and Analytics setup. Every project is quoted in writing for a fixed price after a free 30-minute call, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Prices vary mainly with how many pages have genuinely different content, whether you are selling online, and whether anything has to connect to another system.
How long does it take to build a website?
A business website is usually live in three to five weeks from the day we start. An online store takes longer, typically five to eight weeks, because payments, shipping and tax all have to be set up and tested with real orders. The single thing that most often delays a project is content: if you have your text and photographs ready, we move at the fast end of that range.
Do I need a monthly care plan?
Not from us, but the work exists whether or not you pay someone for it. WordPress, its plugins and PHP all update continuously, and a site nobody maintains does not stay still — it degrades, and eventually breaks or gets compromised. Our care plans start at $99 a month and cover updates on a staging copy first, off-site backups that are actually tested, security monitoring, small content changes and a monthly report. If you have an in-house developer already doing this, you do not need us.
