How working with us works
Who owns my website?
You do. Domain, hosting, code, content and every account are in your name from day one.
How do payments work?
USD invoices from our US company, paid by card or ACH. Projects are 50% to start and 50% at launch; care plans bill monthly.
How do we communicate?
Email, a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel, and Zoom. You get a written update every Friday and one named point of contact.
Do you sign contracts?
Yes. A short services agreement and a scope of work you approve before any work starts; NDAs on request.
Who do you work with?
Small and medium businesses and nonprofits in the United States — trades, professional practices, e-commerce sellers, lenders and training providers. We are a US-registered company with teams in Lahore, Riyadh and the United States, and we keep a guaranteed daily overlap with US business hours. We are not the right fit for enterprise procurement or for projects that need someone in your office.
Can you fix or take over a website you did not build?
Yes, and a good share of our work is exactly that. We take over WordPress, Shopify and WooCommerce sites, and sites left behind by a developer who has disappeared. The first step is a look at what is actually there — what is installed, what is out of date, what is at risk — and you get that assessment whether or not you go ahead with us.
What do you build websites on?
Mostly WordPress, and Shopify or WooCommerce when you are selling online. We pick based on your catalogue, your team and your margins rather than on what we prefer, and we explain the trade-off in plain terms before anything is built. We can work in Wix or Squarespace on request, though we will usually say honestly when they will limit you later.
Do you do SEO, or just build the website?
Both, and we will tell you which one you actually need. Ranking work on a site that is slow or technically broken is money into a leaking bucket, so we fix the foundation first. Our SEO work is specific tasks you can verify each month, reported on calls and enquiries rather than impressions, and we never promise a position on Google because nobody controls Google results.
