Why people call us about email marketing and automation
You have a customer list and never email it
The cheapest sale you will ever make is to someone who has already bought from you.
Your emails go to spam or promotions
Usually because the domain was never authenticated. It is a one-time fix most businesses have never had done.
The store has no abandoned-cart email
That is the single highest-return automation in e-commerce, and it is off.
This is for you if
- Online stores on Shopify or WooCommerce that have never set up abandoned-cart or post-purchase emails
- Service businesses with a customer list they email twice a year, if that
- Anyone whose emails are landing in spam or promotions and does not know why
This is not for you if
You do not have a list and do not collect email addresses yet. Start there — we can add capture to your site — and email marketing becomes worth paying for once there is someone to send to.
We would rather lose the job than sell you the wrong one.
Everything in the price
No line items appearing later. If something is not on this list, we say so before you pay.
Four steps, no surprises
-
01
Choose and set up
The right platform for your business, connected to your site and store, with the domain authenticated.
-
02
Build the automations
Welcome first, then for stores the cart and post-purchase flows — written in your voice and tested.
-
03
Send
Monthly campaigns planned around what you sell and when people buy.
-
04
Report
Opens and clicks, but mainly revenue and enquiries, so you know what each email is worth.
Not sure what your website needs?
Send us the address. A person looks at it properly — speed, mobile, how it shows up on Google, whether anything is broken or unsafe — and emails you back what we find, in plain English. No obligation, and no automated score out of a hundred.
- Back within one business day
- Looked at by a person, not a script
- No obligation to buy anything
We use it to reply, and for nothing else. No list, no follow-up sequence.

Questions about email marketing and automation
How do payments work?
USD invoices from our US company, paid by card or ACH. Projects are 50% to start and 50% at launch; care plans bill monthly.
Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot — which should a small business use?
Klaviyo if you run an online store, because its Shopify and WooCommerce integration and revenue tracking are the best available. Mailchimp if you are a service business that mainly sends campaigns. HubSpot if you already use its CRM or want email, forms and deals in one place. We set up whichever fits, and we will say plainly if the one you already pay for is the wrong one.
How often should a small business send marketing emails?
For most businesses, two to four times a month is the range where people stay subscribed and still remember you. Automations matter more than frequency: a welcome sequence, and for stores the abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows, send themselves at the right moment and usually earn more than every campaign combined.
Why do my business emails go to spam?
Usually because your sending domain has never been authenticated — SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that tell Gmail and Outlook the email really is from you. Since 2024 the major providers require this for bulk senders. It is a one-time technical fix we do as part of every setup, alongside list hygiene so you are not sending to dead addresses, which also hurts delivery.
How much does email marketing cost for a small business?
Our setup is from $499, store automations from $900, and monthly management from $299 a month with no contract. Platform fees are separate and paid to the provider; Mailchimp and Klaviyo are free at small list sizes. For a store, the abandoned-cart flow alone typically covers the setup cost within the first few months.
