Who owns my website?
You do. Domain, hosting, code, content and every account are in your name from day one.
How do payments work?
USD invoices from our US company, paid by card or ACH. Projects are 50% to start and 50% at launch; care plans bill monthly.
How fast do you respond?
Live Monday–Friday, 11 AM–3 PM Eastern. Email within one business day; Priority care-plan clients within four business hours.
Do you sign contracts?
Yes. A short services agreement and a scope of work you approve before any work starts; NDAs on request.
