At Soofi Digital, we specialize in providing digital services such as website development, SEO, branding, e-commerce store setup, and digital marketing solutions. As a service-based business, we do not ship any physical products.

Service Delivery:

  • All services are delivered digitally via email, cloud-based tools, or through client dashboards.
  • After your payment is confirmed, a project manager will reach out within 24 to 48 hours to begin onboarding and collecting requirements.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the project and will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
  • Minor updates and revisions are typically delivered within 1 to 5 business days, while full website projects may take 7 to 21 business days, depending on complexity.

We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to client inaction (e.g., delayed feedback or incomplete information). In such cases, timelines may be adjusted.

💲 Pricing with the Services

At Soofi Digital, we maintain transparent and fair pricing for all our services. Pricing is determined based on:

  • Service type (e.g., Basic Website, SEO Package, eCommerce Store, etc.)
  • Project complexity and scope
  • Urgency or fast-track requirements
  • Add-ons like content writing, branding, or custom development

How We Quote:

  • You will receive a detailed project proposal or quotation before any work begins.
  • We provide pricing in PKR for local clients and USD for international clients.
  • Quotes remain valid for 7 days, after which they may be subject to change due to market or service adjustments.

Note: All additional requests outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges, which will be quoted before execution.

💸 Refund / Return Policy

At Soofi Digital, client satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the nature of our work — customized digital services — we apply the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refunds are possible only if work has not yet begun and must be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Once a project has started (i.e., we’ve shared drafts, designs, or consultations), no full refund will be issued.

Partial Refunds:

  • If work is partially completed and you are dissatisfied for valid, documented reasons, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the work already delivered.
  • Any refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, minus applicable bank/transaction fees.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Work completed as per the approved brief
  • Change of mind after project delivery
  • Delays caused by client inaction or unresponsiveness

We do offer free minor revisions to ensure satisfaction within the agreed scope of the project.

  1. Agreement of Services: All services are discussed, agreed upon, and documented before commencement.
  2. Project Timelines: Estimated timelines are shared at the start. Delays caused by the client (e.g., feedback delay, missing content) are not our responsibility.
  3. Revisions: 1-2 free revisions are included in most service packages. Extra revisions or changes in scope may be charged separately.
  4. Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (e.g., website, branding). We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Payment: All payments must be made in advance or based on a mutually agreed milestone structure.
  6. Limitation of Liability: Soofi Digital is not liable for any loss of business, profits, or data resulting from the use or misuse of delivered services.
  7. Termination: Projects may be paused or canceled due to client inactivity for over 14 days, with or without refund, depending on progress made.
